As the chill of fall settles in and the eve of NaNoWriMo begins,

HPFF staff will be making their way from all corners of the globe to the Burrow for a Halloween Party of their own. Will they meet the Headless Horseman on the way? Will Jay be overtaken by Voldemort? Will timeturner be summoning the spirits to bring Sirius back? Will they make it through the forest safely only to be fooled upon arrival with GW disappearing with Ron or Selene dancing on the table with Nearly Headless Nick?

Tell us what you think will happen at the HPFF Staff Halloween Party!

The first prize winner will receive a $50 gift certificate from buyharrypottercostumes.com just in time for their own Halloween bash. Second prize winner will receive an HPFF pen and wristband. Entries may be no longer than 1,000 words and should be sent to competition [at]harrypotterfanfiction.com and must be received by October 19^th at noon. The winners will be announced on the 20th.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the home page here on the forums. Click on the link that says The Moderating Team. Obviously, not all those accounts listed there are "real" staff (HPFF_Pen is not a real person, for example), but it should give you a good idea.

Hello! I have a quick question, as it's my first time entering one if these competitions. I've seen that entries are to be emailed, but do you want them in the body of the email or as an attachment? Or really is that totally irrelevant:-)
