2. Check the masterlist.
3. If the character you want to make a recommendation for is not on the list, you may start a new topic. Please be sure to include this form:

4. Now that you've created a new topic, you'll want people to be able to find it, which means it will need to be added to the masterlist. To ensure it happens in a timely manner, please PM a moderator (we're the ones with yellow/orange usernames if you see us in the online list at the bottom of the forums). Be sure to include a link to your thread.
